EULA - End User License Agreement

1. License
By receiving and/or using Shamy software, you accept the following User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Shamy and the purchasers, users or evaluators of Shamy software and products.

2. Trail version use
You may evaluate the Shareware program for maximum of 10 usages, after which you must register program with Shamy or remove the software from your system.

3. Copyright restriction
All parts of Shamy products are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image or audio sample may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program.

4. Limitation of responsibility

The evaluator, user, buyer or owner of Shamy products will indemnify and hold harmless Shamy against lawsuits, claims, and costs associated with defense or accusations that result from the use of Shamy Products.
